Dr Anton van Dellen delivered a webinar to financial and insurance experts from GBRW Expert Witness, an affiliate of GBRW Limited, a consulting company based in the City of London which provides advice on banking, insurance and investment issues.

The talk covered the Supreme Court case of Jones v Kaney which stripped expert witnesses from immunity for being sued for negligence; relevant Court of Appeal cases since Jones v Kaney; liability to parties other than the instructing client under the wasted costs regime; and protection for expert witnesses from being sued in criminal proceedings for negligence.  Anton has previously delivered a similar talk for the Expert Witness Institute (EWI).  Paul Rex and Philippe Belot from GBRW facilitated the webinar.
