Dr Anton van Dellen represented the registrant at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) in a strike out application.
The registrant had been served with a Rule 12 statement by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). The basis of the strike out application was that the Rule 12 Statement was too long and charged too many individual allegations. The application was also based on delay and prejudice to the registrant. Anton was led by Gregory Treverton-Jones QC and instructed by Highgate Hill Solicitors.
