Dr Anton van Dellen represented the Claimant in a remote hearing before Mr Justice Lavender in the High Court.

The claim arose out of an incident in HMP Frankland in 2013 in which it was alleged that the Claimant was hit with a baton by a prison officer leaving the prisoner unconscious.  Anton was instructed by Julian Coningham of Coningham Solicitors.
