Dr Anton van Dellen represented Alison Lapper in the inquest into the death of her son, Parys.
The inquest concluded today with a narrative conclusion. The Senior Coroner, Penelope Schofield, made a Preventing Future Death report about duplicate prescriptions after hearing evidence that Parys obtained prescriptions at the same time from the NHS and a private psychiatrist.
