We are delighted to announce that Nozima Rakhimjonova has been offered and accepted tenancy to start in January 2024. During pupillage, Nozima assisted with the full range of cases of chambers practice.

Prior to joining chambers, Nozima worked at Sterling Law’s litigation team where she assisted with large scale of immigration, commercial, contract, insolvency and bankruptcy litigations. She worked closely with the lead counsel in the case of PK and OS (basic rules of human conduct) Ukraine CG [2020] UKUT 314 (IAC).. Her recent practice includes the High Court matter in the Insolvency and Companies List (Service Terminal LLC v Drelle [2023] EWHC 506 (Ch)) and the Court of Appeal matter of Rexhaj Rexhaj (dependent parents, assumed dependency) [2023] UKUT 00161.

Nozima is research proficient in Russian and Uzbek and has intermediate reading skills in Turkish and limited proficiency in Spanish.
