Dr Anton van Dellen is instructed to represent the partner of Daniel Whitworth in an inquest investigating the linked deaths of four young men in East London.

At a remote hearing at the Old Bailey, Her Honour Judge Sarah Munro QC heard that there was a conversation between a Police Officer and HM Senior Coroner for East London before the previous inquest into the death of Daniel Whitworth.
