The Ministry of Justice has confirmed that it has received the report of the Independent Review of Administrative Law, which was led by Lord Faulks QC.
The Home Office and Ministry of Defence submitted responses but refused to disclose their submissions. Lord Faulks is understood to have encouraged government departments to publish their submissions. Dr Anton van Dellen was part of the ALBA working group which submitted evidence to the Independent Review of Administrative Law which reviewed Judicial Review.
