
Liam graduated in jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, has an LLM from King’s College London in International Business Law and an LLM from the Erasmus School of Law in the Netherlands.
He is currently completing his PhD on regulatory law at the University of Hamburg, is the Managing Editor of “Cambridge Elements in Law Economics and Politics” (Cambridge University Press) and has significant experience in research in the field of economic analysis of law. He has also been a Visiting Research Scholar at the University of California, Berkley and a Lecturer in Economic Analysis of Public Law at the University of Haifa.
