An inquest jury has concluded that Metropolitan Police mistakes probably contributed to the deaths of victims of a serial killer, including Daniel Whitworth.

Daniel’s partner, Ricky, has called for Cressida Dick to resign.  Officers missed repeated opportunities to catch the killer, who is serving a whole-life sentence for the murders of four young men in Barking, East London.  Daniel’s partner, Ricky Waumsley, called for Met Police Commissioner, Cressida Dick, to resign “with immediate effect” following the jury’s findings.  Ricky was represented by Dr Anton van Dellen.
