Dr Anton van Dellen represented the Appellant in his appeal against being struck off in the High Court before Mrs Justice Collins Rice.
The appeal turned on the construction of Regulation 169.4 which deals with the manner in which findings of fact reached in other Courts are dealt with by the professional regulatory tribunal. The appeal also considered the issue of natural justice.
