Dr Anton van Dellen was part of the ALBA working group which submitted evidence to the Independent Review of Administrative Law which is reviewing Judicial Review.

The ALBA submission included: “It has hitherto always been left to the courts, as the guardians of the standards of legality to which this constitutional role is entrusted, to develop and apply the principles of judicial review as part of the common law.” Anton assisted with drafting the section of the ALBA submission on costs.  There was press coverage of the ALBA submission in the Guardian:
