Regulatory Information
Fraser Chambers is regulated by the Bar Standards Board Search their website to see if your barrister has a current practising certificate and any disciplinary findings on record. You can also call the Bar Standards Board on 020 7611 1444 or by email.
Complaints
Should you have a complaint, our complaints procedure can be supplied by David Mace. He will also provide information regarding your right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman (LeO), an independent body that can assist you if you are not satisfied with the response from Fraser Chambers. How to complain to LeO, time limits for making a complaint and decision data can be found on the Legal Ombudsman’s website opposite. The time limit for a client to complain to the Legal Ombudsman remains six months from the end of your complaints process. Alternatively you can call for information on 0300 555 0333 or email LeO.
